otaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. Rotaract clubs are either community or university based, and they’re sponsored by a local Rotary club. This makes them true "partners in service" and key members of the family of Rotary.
Rotaract clubs are part of a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world. This effort starts at the community level but known no limits in its outreach.The purpose of Rotract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people world through a framework of friendship and service. Rotaract conducts many programs, which are activities with a charitable purpose. The origin of the Rotaract in Sri Lanka starts with the Rotaract Club of Colombo which was inaugurated in 1969.
About Our Club
he Rotaract Club of Kuliyapitiya is a dynamic group of professional age 18 to 30 interested in meeting people and volunteering in the community and internationally. Founded on 05th April 2012, the Rotaract club of Kuliyapitiya is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Kuliyapitiya.
Membership is open to people who like to socialize and participate in public service projects.
As part of Rotary, a global service organization, Kuliyapitiya Rotaract has the benefit of affiliation with an established group of local professionals. Social events and volunteer opportunities occur about once a month. All activities are voluntary. For more information, contact us
